You don't have to do anything, it's up to customer service to Confirm the prize, and in general, it goes pretty fast... And I've always received all my Prizes I've won. Don't worry, it's a serious site:)
Try to check with customer service to see if it's really been a long time since you've won them?

Hello!!!! Same thing for me. I am waiting to receive a Wire for 30 euros and a "led" candle. Same status "waiting for validation"... but do you have to tick one of the boxes? because I don't account exchange them or any other for points. Or you don't have to tick anything, and the winnings are validated alone? thank you for your answer but as this is the first time I win, I prefer to take my information directly from the forum...
