hope to be in the right section to post.
I have registered for the "Parimots n°2111" tournament which is currently taking place. I won my duel and yet this morning when I
wanted to Play new duel, I was "eliminated".
Why am I eliminated when I received a notification that I had won my first duel?

Not being able to reach the customer service (error page), I turn to the forum.
