Thank you for your answers I saw with the customer service, my prize is validated (robot philips) since September 24th... and since nothing while I have another prize validated on the 24th that I received ( clock)

All you had to do was go into your account and then Prize Winnings and there you would find a link that would allow you to choose your prize after thinking about what you really wanted to win. The problem is that once your prize is validated and sent it is too late, the best thing is that you enter in your winnings page a request for an exchange, so you will automatically receive the balance in madpoint of the exchange, then, from then on, you will have all your time to discuss this with customer service. It's a solution I can offer you but I'm not 100% sure of its reliability. ^^

Customer Services / Your won Prizes (last choice of the list) / Exchange a prize (3rd choice) and you complete until your request is submitted. You'll get a quick answer from them.
