😕 I received a prize I had ordered by post. It was a mini FM radio... But I was surprised to find that the mini radio was in a bad state. Defective headphone, no radio reception... in short a prize for nothing. That's it....

Hello sleep,

As with all personal problems, report it to customer service, they will probably be able to do something for you.
