Certainly, in your example if in the lotto 2 or more players win on the same draw and with the same combination, they share the potential win and not each has his share equal to the starting win. Imagine a very rich person playing non-stop, what will become of the more modest players if they love everything? The fact that on the same Round, 1 win per Round per player gave everyone a chance, even between big players. There are no limits so only the big players can do the Turns, the smaller ones have to Play with a lower chance.
To finish, on fairgrounds, you sometimes see "2 times wins = out of competition" even if you pay your Round, if you have already won, you give the chance to the others.
The only thing I want (not from a personal but collective point of view) is a maximum of fairness where chance and luck can be reserved for everyone rather than for "rich" players.
