had already answered this question previously: we offer you this possibility not to keep your Prizes to obtain another of your choice, however this possibility is indeed subject to a discount depending on the Prizes The discount takes account several parameters, including of course logistical costs. Since the implementation of this system, we have also introduced the direct choice of the prize on "Cache-A-Lot" (game on which the requests for exchange were the most numerous) which allows to choose a prize directly without going through a discount, therefore without penalizing the players.
