I don't know if customer service has time to check the messages on the forum but it doesn't matter.

On the customer service page there is nothing to contact them for anything other than a problem. That's a shame!!!!!

I just wanted to thank MadWin's team, because I couldn't exchange won prizes. The problem is solved.
